NET Health’s Diabetes Empower Education Program (DEEP) is a free, six-week workshop to help people with diabetes learn more about diabetes, self-manage their condition, and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
This workshop is offered at our Center for Healthy Living location and meets once a week for two hours. The workshop is taught by a nurse health educator and NET Health’s certified community health workers.
Who is eligible?
Anyone who is diabetic or pre-diabetic. Caregivers, family, and friends caring for an individual with diabetes are also eligible.
